Rabi Lamichhane Calls for Political Unity Amidst Social Discord

Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane has stated that all political parties must stand responsibly amidst the recent events and the threat of social harmony being disrupted in the country. Speaking to journalists after the all-party meeting he had called, Chairman Lamichhane informed that a common understanding has been reached among all parties to prevent activities that spread communal hatred and animosity between communities in the country.

Informing about the main conclusion of the meeting, Lamichhane said, 'No communal activity that creates a situation where one community hates, despises, or attacks another community benefits anyone. We have realized that all of us political parties must stand together when such incidents occur.'
