Tiger Census-2026: Tiger population reaches 429 in Nepal

The population of tigers has reached 429 in the country, as per the latest census. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Environment made public the recent tiger census today on the occasion of Global Tiger Day. Minister for Agriculture, Forests and Environment, Gita Chaudhary, launched the Tiger Census Report-2026.
