Industry Department Shifts Services Online

Kathmandu. The Department of Industry has brought most of its administrative and regulatory services into full operation through an 'online' system. The department has implemented the new system with the objective of providing easy, fast, and transparent services to service recipients.

Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Gauri Kumari Yadav, had previously directed to make the industry administration 'digital' technology-friendly and end the situation where service recipients have to unnecessarily visit the department.
