Makwanpur. According to the agreement between CPN (UML) and the Communist Party of Nepal, UML is preparing to lead the government in Bagmati Province. However, even with the alliance of these two parties, a clear majority will not be secured, making the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) a decisive player in the formation of the new government.
