Non-Resident Nepali Association Expresses Concern Over Sunsari Incidents, Urges Peaceful Resolution

Kathmandu. The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) has expressed deep concern over the incidents in places like Devangunj, Siraha, Sunsari and urged the government and all stakeholders to maintain social harmony and seek a peaceful resolution to the problem.

In a press statement issued by the association's president Dr. Hemraj Sharma on Thursday, condolences were expressed to the citizens who lost their lives in the incident, and sympathy was extended to the bereaved families. It has also been requested from the Government of Nepal to immediately arrange for the necessary health services, treatment and support for effective treatment of the injured, wishing them a speedy, full and successful recovery.
