PM Shah says govt fully committed to restoring peace after Sunsari violence

Kathmandu, July 31: Prime Minister Balendra Shah has expressed deep sorrow over the recent incidents in Dewanganj, Sunsari, and Siraha, saying the Government is fully committed to restoring peace and addressing the unrest that has emerged in several districts.

In an address to the nation on Thursday evening, the Prime Minister paid tribute to Jaya Prakash Mehta, Om Prakash Mehta, and Ganesh Yadav (Siraha), who lost their lives in the incidents, and extended condolences to their bereaved families on behalf of the government.
