Nepali Congress Leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala Appeals for Social Harmony Amidst Tarai-Madhes Incidents

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala has expressed deep concern over the recent sensitive incidents in the Tarai-Madhes region and appealed to all sides to maintain social harmony and unity.

Issuing a press note on Friday, Dr. Koirala recalled that Nepal has been a common garden of various castes, languages, religions, and cultures for centuries. He emphasized that our unique unity is the true strength of the country and should not be forgotten.
