New Systems in Capital Market

Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal is preparing to implement systems for margin trading of securities and same-day selling in the stock market. After bringing a 10-year roadmap and policy and program for the capital market, the board is now preparing to implement these two tools.< /p>

Board Chairman Dr. Gopal Prasad Bhatta informed that the necessary procedures and rules for this have been prepared. "We have completed all internal preparations. This will be implemented in the market soon," he said, "Now investors will be able to sell shares on the same day they buy them and will also get the facility to sell shares they don't own and buy them later. We believe this system will make the market more dynamic."< /p>
