Industry Department Clarifies Jurisdiction for Industries with Fixed Capital Below NPR 25 Crore

Kathmandu. The Department of Industry has clarified that various recommendation works for industries with fixed capital less than NPR 25 crore will be carried out by the provincial government and its subordinate bodies.

Issuing a public notice, the Department of Industry stated that for industries falling within the jurisdiction of the provincial government with fixed capital less than NPR 25 crore, works related to machinery, tools, and raw materials required for the industry will be done by the provincial government and its subordinate bodies.
