Gagan Thapa Stresses Compassion and Empathy in Leadership

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa has stated that political leadership must have compassion and empathy. Addressing the 'Disaster Preparedness and Response Training' program organized at the party's central office in Sanepa, Lalitpur, he said that the main quality of leadership should be human sensibility.

President Thapa informed that the party is launching the 'NC for NC' campaign from the upcoming July 24. He clarified that under this campaign, every leader and worker of the party will be required to engage themselves in some social or national work throughout the year.
