Rescue Team Deploys to Broad Peak Avalanche Site

Kathmandu. A rescue team led by experienced Nepali and Pakistani climbers has advanced into the risky high-altitude region on Saturday for the rescue of climbers caught in an avalanche at Pakistan's Broad Peak.

The rescue team has proceeded towards Camp-1 after five more bodies were spotted near Camp-1 by drone. It is informed that two of those bodies were seen near a crevasse. However, it has not been identified whose bodies they are based on the visuals captured by the drone.
