Supreme Court Justice Sapana Pradhan Malla: True measure of democracy is justice for the powerless

Kathmandu. Supreme Court Justice Sapana Pradhan Malla has stated that the true measure of democracy is not the facilities enjoyed by powerful individuals but the justice received by powerless citizens.

She expressed this view on Saturday while addressing the 34th Prakash Kafle Memorial Day and 32nd Prakash Human Rights Award distribution ceremony held in Lalitpur.
