Police Seize Illegal Clothes Worth NPR 150,000 in Damak

Bhadrapur. Police have recovered an auto with registration number Me1ha 7401 along with illegally brought clothes from Damak Municipality-8. According to the Information Officer and Deputy Superintendent of Police of the District Police Office, Jhapa, Ranjan Awa, clothes and sarees worth approximately NPR 150,000 were recovered from the auto.

He informed that the total value of the seized goods along with the auto is approximately NPR 400,000. Stating that further investigation is underway regarding the incident, he said that the search for the absconding driver is ongoing.
