CIB Arrests Four for VoIP Call Bypass, Online Betting Operations in Kathmandu and Bhaktapur

Kathmandu. The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has arrested four individuals on charges of operating illegal international call bypass (VoIP) networks and involvement in online betting activities.

The suspects were arrested from different locations in Kathmandu and Bhaktapur following an investigation based on confidential information, according to CIB spokesperson and Information Officer Superintendent of Police Anupam Shamsher Jabara.
