Iran Warns Bahrain Amid West Asia Tensions

Tehran. Amid renewed tensions in West Asia, Iran has issued a stern warning to Bahrain. Iran's Supreme Leader's Senior Advisor Ali Akbar Velayati warned Bahrain not to cross its borders and not to force Iran to take harsh measures.

According to Tasnim News Agency, Velayati urged Bahrain to be cautious about its activities, stating that Iran would respond harshly to any provocation. Iran has been accusing the United States of using bases in the Gulf region to launch military action against it.
