National Assembly Committee Recommends Long-Term Plan for Madhesh Water Crisis

Kathmandu. The National Assembly's Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee has concluded that a long-term and sustainable plan is necessary to solve the problem of drinking water scarcity and water resource management prevalent in Madhesh Province.

Presenting the 'Study Report on Drinking Water, Sanitation and Water Resource Management in Madhesh Province, 2083' in the National Assembly meeting held on Monday, Committee Chairman Krishna Prasad Paudel gave this suggestion.
