High risk of another flood in Bhotekoshi, rescue workers urged to stay safe

KATHMANDU, Aug 27: The Flood Forecasting Division has issued an emergency alert over a high risk of another major flood in the Bhotekoshi River, after a new lake formed when the river was blocked upstream.
