Govt should take moral responsibility for four deaths in recent Madhesh unrest: UML

KATHMANDU, Aug. 4: CPN-UML lawmaker Guru Baral on Tuesday said the prime minister and home minister should take moral responsibility for the deaths of four people during clashes between two communities in Madhesh.
