Senior advocate Dr. Bipin Adhikari has stated that it is necessary to disclose the basis on which the international human rights organization prepared to file an impeachment motion against three Supreme Court justices. Adhikari stated this during a meeting of the Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee. Adhikari said that such a statement should not be issued without confirmation from various sources. 'Looking at the presented details, a situation requiring impeachment does not seem apparent,' Adhikari said, 'Even if the government erred in recommending the Chief Justice, the matter of impeachment against a Supreme Court justice has not been confirmed from anywhere.' If facts emerge, that matter can be discussed.
