Dhanusha. The Community Development Center of the Nepal Red Cross Society located in Badahari, Mithila Municipality-9, Dhanusha, has recently become neglected and deviated from its objective of humanitarian service.

Established about four decades ago for philanthropy and disaster management, this center has now become a symbol of extreme mismanagement and inactivity.
