Kathmandu. Popular TikToker Rubin Khadka has been fined by traffic police after a video showing him riding a motorcycle without a helmet surfaced online.

The District Traffic Police Office, Kaski, took action against Khadka for violating traffic safety regulations after reviewing the video. Police summoned him to the office and imposed a fine in accordance with traffic laws.
