Constitutional Expert Urges Serious Consideration of International Concerns Regarding Nepal's Judiciary

Kathmandu. Constitutional expert Bipin Adhikari has stated that the questions raised by international human rights organizations regarding the independence of Nepal's judiciary should be taken seriously.

Speaking at the meeting of the Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee under the House of Representatives on Wednesday, Adhikari argued that the recently published international reports have indicated serious threats to the Nepali judiciary, and therefore, these cannot be ignored.
