Nepal Telecom Offers Penalty Relief on Overdue Payments Until January 2027, Warns of Legal Action for Unpaid Dues

Kathmandu. Nepal Telecom (NTC) has announced a relief package scheme for customers with long-standing unpaid bills, while warning of legal action against those who fail to clear their dues within the specified deadline.

In a notice issued on Wednesday, the state-owned telecom operator said customers who settle outstanding payments for telecommunication services used up to fiscal year 2023/24 by the end of January 2027 will receive a full waiver of penalties accrued on those amounts.
