Kathmandu. Rasuwa Customs Office's Customs Officer and Information Officer Karbir Gaire experienced the most tragic moment of his life on Wednesday. His struggle to save his life from the devastating flood that entered the Bhote Koshi-Trishuli river from Tibet seems like a movie story.
