Three arrested with heroin, journalist ID found

Kathmandu. Police investigation has shown that drug trafficking is happening using journalist identity cards. The Narcotics Control Bureau has arrested 3 traffickers, including one involved in drug trafficking by showing a journalist identity card.

A team deployed from the Bureau's branch office Bardibas arrested 3 people including a car with number Ba.16 Cha 7846 from Dudhauli Municipality-9 in Sindhuli on Wednesday. The arrested have been identified as Umesh Kumar Yadav, 26, from Laxmipur, Siraha, Ramesh Kumar Ram, 30, from Lahan Municipality-10, and Gulshan Prasad Sah, 25, from Laxmipur Rural Municipality-2.
