Supreme Court to Review Nepali Congress Authenticity Verdict

Kathmandu. The review petition in the Nepali Congress authenticity dispute verdict by the Supreme Court has been scheduled in the full bench of Chief Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, along with Justices Nityanand Pandey and Shreekant Poudel.

Separate petitions filed by former President Sher Bahadur Deuba and Purna Bahadur Khadka have been scheduled together. Deuba filed a petition on Shrawan 6 and Khadka on Shrawan 12, claiming errors in the previous verdict and seeking a review.
