Home Minister Sudhan Gurung Questions MP on Nirmala Pant Case

Kathmandu. Home Minister Sudhan Gurung has retorted to a National Assembly MP who asked a question about the rape and murder case of Nirmala Pant of Kanchanpur. In the National Assembly meeting on Thursday, when MP Bishnubahadur Bishwakarma asked when Nirmala Pant would get justice, Home Minister Gurung retorted.

Responding to the question about Nirmala Pant, Minister Gurung retorted, 'Why didn't you do it when you were in power? Now that you are burdening us, a thorough investigation is underway in this case.'
