Government Publishes New Salary Scale for Community School Teachers

Kathmandu. The government has published a new salary scale for teachers working in community schools. According to the new schedule published by the Ministry of Finance, the salary for SLC failed in up to two subjects at the primary level has been set at 36,445 rupees.

Similarly, the salary for SLC failed in more than two subjects has been set at 34,426. According to the National Bookkeeping Office (Teachers), there are about two thousand such teachers. The sanctioned post for teachers across the country is 109,125.
