Supreme Court to Review Nepali Congress Legitimacy Dispute Decision

Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has granted permission to review its previous verdict regarding the dispute over the authenticity of the Nepali Congress and the legality of the working committee elected from the special general convention.

A full bench comprising Chief Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma and Justices Nityananda Pandey and Shrikant Poudel issued such an order on Thursday after hearing the petitions of Sher Bahadur Deuba and Purna Bahadur Khadka.
