Election Commission Holds Online Meeting on Voter List Update Campaign

Kathmandu. The Election Commission has completed an online meeting with provincial election officers and district election officers. The commission has stated that the discussion was held on the operation of the voter list update campaign. This campaign was decided by the commission's meeting on Shrawan 15. According to the program, provincial and district election offices will update the voter list by taking details of deceased and relocated individuals from the ward offices of local levels.

The commission has also requested the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, and Federal Affairs to correspond with all local levels to facilitate this program.
