Bridge Needed Over Karra River in Hetauda

Hetauda. Locals are facing problems in commuting due to the lack of a bridge over the Karra River flowing through Wards No. 9 and 10 of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City in Makwanpur.

Although a culvert was constructed over the river in 2070 BS, the need for a bridge has become more acute after the river changed its course. During the monsoon, locals are compelled to use alternative routes to purchase essential items including medicines. They lament that there is no access route to the cremation ground, causing them hardship.
