Bagmati Province's 'Hello CM' System Attracts Citizens, Faces Staffing Challenges

The attraction of citizens towards the 'Hello CM' system, operated by the Bagmati Province government to directly listen to and resolve citizens' problems, complaints, and suggestions, is increasing. The number of complaints from the general public being registered through this system, which was implemented by including it in the current fiscal year's policy, program, and budget, is also on the rise.

Since the formal inauguration on Shrawan 7, approximately 15 significant complaints have been registered through various means. Complaints related to employee transfers, development construction, and service delivery have been received via the toll-free number, email, and WhatsApp.
