CPN (UML) and CPN (Maoist Centre) Begin Formal Talks for New Government in Koshi Province

Biratnagar. Formal discussions have begun between the Communist Party of Nepal (UML) and the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre) for the formation of a new government and power-sharing in Koshi Province.

In a meeting held on Friday between the top leaders of the two parties at the Chief Minister's residence in Biratnagar, preliminary discussions were held on the distribution of ministries, the common minimum program of the government, and budget review.
