Weather forecast: Heavy rainfall likely at few places

Kathmandu, Aug 8: C urrently, the country is under the influence of monsoon winds. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the monsoon trough is situated near its normal position.

Koshi, Madhes and Bagmati Provinces as well as Himalayan and hilly regions throughout the country will experience generally cloudy weather while Tarai region will remain partly cloudy to mainly fair weather.
