Ministry Organizes Workshop on University Faculty Recruitment and Promotion

Kathmandu. The first session of the two-day policy workshop organized by the Ministry of Education and Sports, aimed at making the recruitment, professional development, and promotion system of university teachers and professors timely, inclusive, and aligned with the institutional mission of the university, has been completed.

The workshop on 'University Faculty Recruitment, Development, and Promotion: Mission Alignment, Incentives, and Impact' has started at the Ministry in Singhdarbar. The program was attended by participants from the National Planning Commission, University Grants Commission, Vice-Chancellors of various universities, educationists, researchers, policymakers, and experts.
