Nepali Congress Bagmati Province Parliamentary Party Meeting Scheduled

Hetauda. Nepali Congress Bagmati Province Parliamentary Party meeting is going to be held. The meeting will be held in Kathmandu on Saturday (today) at 2 PM. According to the Secretary of the Parliamentary Party, Minkrishna Maharjan, the meeting has been called to discuss the political fluidity of the Bagmati Province government and the future of the government.

The agenda also includes discussing the proposal related to Chief Minister Indra Bahadur Baniyan's vote of confidence. As decided in the previous parliamentary party meeting, Chief Minister Baniyan will proceed with taking a vote of confidence, and today's meeting will set the date for taking the vote of confidence, said Secretary Maharjan. Earlier, as per the decision, Chief Minister Baniyan was also authorized to coordinate with the parties for the continuity of the government and to send a letter for a vote of confidence. Accordingly, Chief Minister Baniyan held coordination meetings with the parties and formally requested support and a vote of confidence by sending a letter, he said.
