Government Approves National Higher Education Calendar 2083/084

Kathmandu. The government has decided to implement the 'Proposed National Calendar for Higher Education 2083/084'. The Ministry of Education and Sports has approved the revised national educational calendar as per the recommendation of the University Grants Commission. This calendar, prepared by taking the result publication time of Grade 12 as the main basis, is expected to bring all activities including admission application, entrance examination, teaching, internal evaluation, final examination, and result publication in universities within a single integrated schedule and standard.

According to the newly approved national calendar, a detailed timetable has been published for the annual and semester systems of the bachelor's level. For the academic session 2083/084, student admission applications for both the first semester and annual systems of the bachelor's level will start from Ashar.
