Passport Delivery Service Effective in Baitadi

Baitadi. The service of delivering passports to homes through the post office, started under the government's good governance reform program, is becoming effective. In the last three months, 178 people have received passports at their homes. According to the chief of the District Post Office, Prakash Singh Karki, the office had set a target of distributing 248 passports, and the service has been provided to 178 people at their homes. He said, "We have already sent the remaining passports to the service recipients' homes through the respective local levels." The service has reached all local levels of the district. He said that the service is being provided by establishing post offices in 9 local levels. The District Post Office itself is providing services in Dasharathchand Municipality.
