England All-rounder Saif Ali Jib signs with Sudurpashchim Royals for Nepal Premier League 2026

Kathmandu. Sudurpashchim Royals has signed England all-rounder Saif Ali Jib as the first foreign player for Nepal Premier League (NPL) 2026. Jib, who also played for Sudurpashchim Royals in the first edition of NPL, was declared the best player of the tournament. He scored 275 runs in 9 matches including two half-centuries and took 12 wickets.

Jib, who has not played for the national team, has been consistently performing impressively in England's domestic cricket. Left-handed batter Jib has scored over 1,792 runs in 112 T20 matches. His strike rate is above 140.
