Kharidar, Nayab Subba posts to be phased out of ministries

KATHMANDU, Aug 10: The government has announced plans to reduce the number of Kharidar and Nayab Subba positions to zero in 18 ministries, including the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, within the next three years.
