Syngja: Cold Storage Facility Built in Chapakot Municipality

Syngja. A cold storage with a capacity of one hundred tons has been constructed in Ratnapur, Chapakot Municipality-8 of the district. The storage has been constructed at a cost of Rs 1 crore 60 lakh with the cost sharing of the Gandaki Province Government and Chapakot Municipality.

Although the plan was to construct a cold storage with a capacity of more than two hundred tons initially, due to lack of budget, a storage with a capacity of one hundred tons has been constructed, informed Toplal Neupane, ward chairman of Chapakot-8.
