Supreme Court Orders Renewal of Brick Kiln Industries in Kanchanpur

Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has issued an interim order not to stop the renewal process of the husk brick industries operating in Kanchanpur district and not to obstruct the operation of the industries. A single bench of Justice Balkrishna Dhakal issued the order.

The writ petition was filed by Bal Bahadur Saud and others, making the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers and others the defendants. Hearing the case, the court has paved the way for the renewal of the industries.
