Karnali Chief Minister Criticized for Delay in Cabinet Expansion

Surkhet. Chief Minister of Karnali, Mangal Bahadur Shahi, is facing criticism for failing to expand the cabinet even after two weeks of his appointment.

Shahi, who was appointed Chief Minister on July 12 following a 3-point agreement between CPN (UML) and CPN (Maoist Centre) in the center, is waiting for the central leadership to resolve issues related to ministry allocation and minister selection.
