Nepali Congress Leader Krishna Sitaula Alleges Loss of Independence in State Bodies

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress leader Krishna Sitaula has alleged that all state bodies have lost their independence.

Speaking at a program called 'Federalism Implementation and Provincial Structure: Contemporary Dialogue' in Kathmandu on Tuesday, he commented that the state is not functioning according to the constitution at present.
