Kathmandu. It was 7 in the morning when Bhupendra Subedi, a civil servant, arrived at Civil Services Hospital in Minbhawan, Kathmandu. A large crowd had already gathered at the hospital's main entrance.
After standing in line to obtain an OPD ticket, Subedi proceeded to pay for blood tests, an ECG, and a video X-ray. Although he had reached the hospital at 7 a.m., completing these initial procedures took him until around 9 a.m. Even then, he could not undergo all the tests immediately. He was given a video X-ray appointment for 1 p.m.
