Questions raised about transparency of share deals

Kathmandu, Aug. 13: The government has made public the 2023 Report of the Study and Investigation Committee on the Purchase and Sale of Ncell Axiata shares, concluding that the telecom operator's ownership transfers lacked transparency and recommending that the latest share transaction should not be approved in its current form.
