Two National Highways in Baglung Blocked Due to Flood and Landslide

Baglung. Two national highways in Baglung have been blocked since this morning due to flood and landslide. The Baglung section of the Kaligandaki Corridor and the Baglung section of the Mid-Hilly Highway have been blocked.

Due to continuous rain since last night, the road has been blocked since morning due to a landslide in Kalikhola Bajar in Baglung Municipality-13. Similarly, the Mid-Hilly Highway has been blocked due to a flood in Thadakhola near Kanabazar in Nisikhola Rural Municipality-4 on the Burtiwang-Nisikhola section of Baglung, informed Ramswor Twati, Information Officer at the District Police Office, Baglung.
