Durga Prasai and Dr. Dhawal Shamsher Rana Clash Over 'Jai Nepal Party' Registration

Kathmandu. Serious discord has emerged between Durga Prasai, chief of the 'Citizen Salvation Campaign', and leader Dr. Dhawal Shamsher Rana even before the party's formation. Dr. Rana is set to register the 'Jai Nepal Party' on Friday without Prasai's consent.

Dr. Rana had issued a call on Wednesday stating that the party would be registered at the Election Commission, Kantipath, on Friday, July 29, at 12:15 PM, as per the task force's decision on July 12. He also requested party leaders, cadres, and well-wishers to be present at that time.
