China informs Nepal about closure of Zhangmu port for indefinite period

Sindhupalchowk, Sept 1: The Government of China has informed the Nepali side by email that Zhangmu port near Tatopani along the Nepal-China border has been closed for an indefinite period.

In the mail, it has been stated that the port was closed bearing in the potential disaster, according to Tatopani Customs Office’s customs officer Tul Bahadur Pandey.
