Nag Panchami Festival Celebrated at Nagpokhari, Bhaktapur

Kathmandu. On the occasion of the Nag Panchami festival, a large crowd of devotees has gathered today at the historic Nagpokhari in Thalache, Bhaktapur, to have darshan and worship the snake god.

Devotees, wishing for the happiness, peace, protection, and prosperity of their families, have been performing rituals by offering milk, doob grass, and akshata to the snake since early morning at the pond premises.
